Where is it? ZENfest 2023 will be taking place at Kings Farm, Writtle, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 3PJ.
When is it? Come and party with us on 19th August 2023!
What time does it start? The festival starts at 12:00 and runs until 23:00. Last entry to the venue is strictly 8pm. No re-admittance to the festival is permitted once you have entered.
Is there a station nearby? Yes, the closest stations to the venue are Chelmsford (Greater Anglia Rail) and Shenfield (TfL, Oyster Zone).
How do I get there? The easiest method of arriving/departing ZenFest is using our shuttle bus service from Shenfield station, which runs from 11:30 until 00:00.
You can also drive and use our car park, or get dropped to site by vehicle or taxi, using our pick-up/drop-off point. All vehicle access should be to the car park gate (What3Words location: ///medium.ledge.mull).
We do not recommend walking to site.

You cannot leave your car onsite overnight.
Is there a coach organised for the event? Yes, there are shuttle buses available to and from Shenfield Station from 11:30-00:00. Please reserve a spot via our ticket link.
Is there a hotel nearby? Yes, there are hotels in Chelmsford (5 minute drive away).

Are there local resident tickets? Yes! We offer discounted tickets to anyone living within a 1 mile radius of site. Please contact email@example.com with proof of address for more information.
Are tickets REFUNDABLE? ZENfest does not directly offer refunds as per our Terms and Conditions.
Will tickets be available on the day? No, unfortunately there won’t be, so be sure to get your tickets asap!
What are the age restrictions? ZENfest is an over 18s event. We operate A ‘Challenge 25’ policy so please ensure you bring your ID with you. We accept valid passports, driving licenses or PASS Hologram cards only.
Will I need to provide ID? Yes, proof of ID will be needed on the day to gain entry to Event.
Can under 18s come if accompanied by an adult? No, unfortunately our event is over 18s only IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR LICENCE CONDITIONS.
What time does the car park open? The car park will be open from 11:30Am on the day of the event until 11.30pm after the event finishes. you may not leave your vehicle overnight.
Can I go back to my car during the event? No, once you have left the car park and entered the festival you will not be able to leave again to go back to your car.
How far is the car park from the festival? The car park can be found at the same address as the festival, in the neighbouring field. It is a short walk from the festival entrance. All vehicle access should be to the car park gate (What3Words location: ///medium.ledge.mull).
What food and drink facilities will be available? There will be a range of food and drinks on site, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
Where can I get drinking water? There will be multiple drinking stations on site that you can access throughout the day.
Can I bring my own alcohol? No, however alcohol will be available to buy on site at the festival.
Will there be alcohol sold on the day? Yes, there will be alcohol available to buy on site.
Will there be vegetarian and vegan options available? Yes, all dietary needs will be catered for.
Can I take in my own food and drinks? No, unfortunately no food will be permitted to take in on arrival however there will be many vendors where it can be purchased and all dietary needs will be met.
